A collection of texts; a turn-of-the-century experience of the Swiss Alps, a contemporary sighting of the solar eclipse, a first-hand account of the Hiroshima and Nagasaki bombs, and a religious vision, are etched word by word onto the surface of the used prescription lenses from the inside.  Bright spotlights create strong shadows underneath the glass shelves, arranged in paragraph fashion.
