A few words on the Fables project
Alisa Ochoa asked me to participate in a one night art show with her group DIT. I painted with mud, through vinyl stencils, onto the exterior walls of an old storefront, that now functions as a live/work space. I used three Fables by the poet Michael Hannon. The show was a success, and after the residents saw the Fables, They offered to let them stay, until something makes them disappear.
As of mid 2005, two of these fables are still up, and one was washed away by the rain.
